To become a member of the Shoppers Club, first fill out the enrollment form that will only take a few moments to complete. All custom made window treatments are made to your exact specifications. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 45 days. If you order an item from Home Decorators Collection and see the same item advertised for less anywhere else, Home Decorators will refund double the difference to you, up to the item's total retail value. Select items, including many large size rugs, are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, rather than from the distribution center.
