All plant items will be shipped to arrive at the proper planting time, depending on climatic conditions, for your area of the country. Do not allow newly planted perennials to dry out after planting. If you are not able to plant your order immediately after it arrives, store your plants in a cool location, such as a basement. If you're not happy with any item you order from the website, notify them within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Newly planted trees and shrubs need plenty of deep moisture in the soil to establish strong roots.
